LEAN SIX SIGMA GREEN BELT TRAINING

The Green Belt level is the intermediate step in Lean Six Sigma, where you learn to manage a Lean Six Sigma project "by the book." This training focuses on process improvement, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellence, blending business statistics with actionable insights.

Guided by expert instructors, you’ll dive deep into the DMAIC methodology. You'll gain the skills to streamline processes, reduce waste, enhance efficiency, and discover opportunities for simplification, digitalization, automation, or robotic process automation (RPA).

This training is ideal for those who want to understand Lean Six Sigma and apply it to run improvement projects within any organization. It combines data, statistics, and process improvement methodologies to ensure consistent delivery of expected results.

Participants will leave equipped to apply Lean Six Sigma concepts and tools immediately. The training includes simulations, real-life project examples, industry-standard software, and case studies to solidify your learning.

For more details, refer to the session information below. Each training session can be customized in terms of duration, intensity, and focus based on the client’s objectives and desired outcomes.

This course also prepares participants for the International Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Continuous Improvement Professional (ICLSSGBCIP™) certification, issued by ICBCIP, and meets all international standards for this role.
