BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT ANALYST TRAINING

BPM Analyst training is the level of the training where the participant finds out what is BPM and it is able to practice some basic to medium things that will be needed to use in the role of BPM Analyst. From understanding the complexity and elements of a business process, to the structure of the processes in the organization, basic concepts of process analysis & improvement but also management of the process.
