Master in electrical engineering, International Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and IASSC Accredited Training Associate, is an experienced consultant in organizational transformations, with over 20 years of experience in this field. During his years, performing in more than 15 countries, one of most challenging projects was the implementation of the quality management system in a North American company, integrating Business Process Management, ISO, Agile, PM and Lean Six Sigma. He also has extensive experience in large IT and communications contracts. His work extends in various fields covering the pharmaceutical industry, the banking industry, the field of public health, railway transportation and logistics, production in various industries, as well as the distribution of fast moving consumer goods.
