ALEX CIRNARU

With over 16 years of experience in organizational transformation, business design, modeling, and continuous improvement, Alex is dedicated to helping organizations, their management teams, and employees achieve their objectives and materialize strategies. Alex specializes in customizing and implementing Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Management, and modern technologies like automation, digitalization, and robotic process automation. He empowers teams not only to reach their goals but also to sustain and build on these improvements independently.

Alex has extensive experience in consultancy, training, and coaching across various industries, including manufacturing, banking, B2B2C platforms, insurance, oil & gas, energy, HORECA, IT&C, healthcare, FMCG, and retail. His global exposure enables him to adapt to diverse scenarios and consistently deliver exceptional results.

Alex holds a Master’s in Business Administration and is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. He is also an IASSC Accredited Training Associate, certified Business Process Management Expert, and has certifications in Agile, Robotic Process Automation, and Lean Six Sigma Mentorship.

ALEX CHIRCIU

With a Master's in Electrical Engineering and over 20 years of experience, Alex is an internationally certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and an IASSC Accredited Training Associate. As an experienced consultant in organizational transformations, he has successfully executed projects in over 15 countries.

One of Alex’s most challenging and rewarding projects involved implementing a quality management system for a North American company. This project integrated Business Process Management, ISO standards, Agile methodologies, Project Management, and Lean Six Sigma principles.

Alex also has significant expertise in managing large IT and communications contracts. His work spans multiple industries, including pharmaceuticals, banking, public health, railway transportation, logistics, production, and the distribution of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
